Out of the Office March 24th-30th March 25, 2009

I will be out of the office until March 30th, while traveling for pleasure and work. And to all my Uber-Fabulous Clients, if you need to get a-hold of me, i can be reached on my cell and will check email a couple of times while I am gone. Until then… au revoir!

Lighting workshop Wednesday March 21, 2009

I attended a lighting workshop with Craig Mitchelldyer on Wednesday as well as with some of new favorite people (you know who you are ladies) LOL. We had such a blast and a BIG thanks goes out to Craig and Nicole Wagner our MUA AND Gorgeous model for the evening as well as a couple other models that were also rocking the camera! We started off at The studio for some chit chat and moved on to the East Esplanade for some evening shooting with some fabulous lighting equipment supplied by Pro Photo Supply but you know me always gotta be going back to the natural light, what can I say I adore it! here are a few of the shots from the day.

There was about 50 people there and it was crowded but everyone had a good time!

1 Yr Olds are the best! March 19, 2009

I had a blast in the Pearl with Garrett who is now 1 years old and so much fun!! what can I say he is a ham and has the most adorable cheeks and eyes! His mom brought him some cute little outfits to change in to and I LOVE when they do that because it creates a different look for different sets of photos, which is just fabulous! Thanks so much for the most perfect session Garrett, your a ROCKSTAR!

Those Gloomy days March 10, 2009

Man I cannot wait until the sun shines through and warms up my feet! Im getting that “28 Weeks Later” kind of a mood! BUt during these times, it helps me reflect on all the other frustrations right now like my Blog for instance, I’m being patient, I really am but I cannot wait for it to be designed and finished! This Blog is just not me and I have heard from some that it is doing all sorts of funky things like pictures over the side bar and mashing all together sometimes? Ugh!
My babies have been sick (that includes my hubby ofcourse) and I have yet to get any sign of this funk until today, head is pounding and Im fighting with it like the Latest UFC fight (not very well)… sooooo to end this pointless and only to vent post, all blog posts are always better with pictures. so heres one to remind me of the fun in the sun!

Leg Warmers and Tutus… Anytime session March 3, 2009

You have got to love the Radness (yes I just said that) of the leg warmers and the tut combo! When I was in 6th grade I strutted my stuff out the door every morning in an abundant amount of colors, scrunchy socks and Hi-tops with my leggings and a really Cool denim jacket.. yes I was THAT cool! I did NOT know what to do with my hair, did not have any hair product knowledge at all nor did I really care. I loved being the center of attention but growing up in a family full of entertainers and artists, it was tough getting a word in edge wise! so I got it in with my ultra- Fabulousssssssss outfits and turned on the charm!
So what makes me happiest when I look through my camera….. COLOR and best of all that yummy sun flare! When I shoot somewhere or someone with lots of super colors and rich testures, I’m a happy girl, and if and when the sun peaks through an hour before sunset, I am ecstatic! Why I bring all of this up you ask? Well because I felt like blabbing! HA!

Now on to my fabulous session with my fave little girl Abi! I have had the pleasure of photographing Abi several times as well as her family and I couldn’t be more thankful for their repeat biz! This shoot was for…. well… her 18th month birthday, yep thats right she is lucky to have a momma that wants to make this day just as special as any day and why not!

She was not quit sure about this hat… but sooner or later let it be, HA!

Momma gave her a heart shaped sucker and well you can imagine she did not want to put it down after that! And hello check out those leg warmers!
